State Dept No cessation of adoptions from Russia discordant to reports

The U.S. State Department says there has been no cessation of adoptions of Russian young kids by Americans.Reports of a cessation circulated Thursday formed on comments in Moscow from a Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman.
